Part of the Great Canadian Books series | Can you go to your sink and get a clean glass of water? Is it every person\u2019s basic human right to have access to water? For most people living in Canada access to water is a part of their daily reality, but for many Indigenous communities this is not true. The lack of access to safe water can have devastating effects on the dignity and health of a community. This inequity needs to change. How might you raise awareness about water inequities in Indigenous communities in Canada and be a part of the solution? Recommended for primary grades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
